Payment methods

We would like to inform you separately, in accordance with legal regulations, about the service providers who handle payments for and with us.

Klarna

In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is always made to Klarna:

Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from the date of shipment of the goods/tickets or, for other services, from the date of provision of the service. Installment Purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions stated in the shopping cart. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice. Direct Debit: The amount will be debited after the goods are shipped. The timing will be communicated to you via email. (Please only include payment methods that you also offer.) The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase, and direct debit requires a positive credit check. Therefore, we will forward your data to Klarna as part of the purchase initiation and contract processing for the purpose of address and credit checks. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check. PayPal

Just a few steps to payment:

  1. Select "PayPal" as the payment method at checkout.
  2. To complete the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
  3. If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in with your PayPal credentials and proceed with the payment. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create one and then confirm the payment. Setting up a PayPal account is not necessary for the payment methods "Direct Debit via PayPal," "Credit Card via PayPal," and "Purchase on Invoice via PayPal."
  4. Afterward, you will be redirected back to us (www.Edelbotschaft.de).

Shopify Payments

"For payment, we offer you the following payment methods in cooperation with Shopify Payments:

  • Debit and credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro
  • SOFORT

Apple Pay

"You can pay with Apple Pay during the ordering process. To do so, you need to confirm the payment using the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple device, following the verification steps.
